The tactics are a great learning tool. I love that it doesnt fail you for making a good move, it just tells you theres a better one.

This app is a welcome extension of the Chesscademy site, which both introduced me to chess and, over the past year, helped raise my ranking to that of GM. Like the site, the app is beautifully designed and thoughtfully crafted to teach tactics for players of all levels. Goodbye, unhelpful instructional books. Now thats what I call a checkmate.
